What Do I Need to Know Before Returning?

1. The shipping fee for the products that are not broken but the customers want to return or exchange because they changed their mind about the purchase is the responsibility of the customer. The customer needs to pay the shipping fee.

2. Returns and exchanges must be applied within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

3. All returns must be received in their original condition (undamaged).

4. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. (This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return)

Exchange or Cancel Order

If you want to modify your order or cancel it, please contact us within 48 hours after placing the order. We will deal with it once we receive your message. Please note orders that have been sent out cannot be modified or canceled.

Process Time of Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It will take 5-10 business days for you to get your refunds.

What is the recommended weight capacity?

Our boards support up to 400 lbs, depending on the model. Whether you're heading out solo, paddling with a child, or bringing your adventure gear, there’s plenty of room and stability.

What activities are these boards designed for?

GlobaliSUP boards are built as true all-rounders — perfect for cruising, fitness, yoga, fishing, or exploring with friends. Wide decks and premium grip pads create a safe, comfortable platform for every style of paddling.

How rigid is the board once inflated?

At 15 PSI, the board becomes impressively stiff thanks to our high-density drop-stitch core and reinforced PVC layers. Expect the performance of a solid board with the portability of an inflatable.

Which size should I choose?

Each size is tailored for a different style of paddling: 10’6" × 33” × 6" – All-around versatility for most riders. 11' × 33–34” × 6" – Smoother tracking and glide for longer trips. 11’6" × 34–35” × 6" – Maximum stability for larger paddlers or gear-heavy adventures. If you’re unsure, start with the 10’6" — our most universal model.

Can GlobaliSUP boards be used in the ocean?

Absolutely. Our boards thrive in lakes, rivers, and coastal waters. After ocean sessions, simply rinse with fresh water to keep colors, materials, and hardware in peak condition.

Is the board suitable for kids or younger riders?

Yes. With proper supervision, kids and teens can safely enjoy GlobaliSUP boards. The generous width and anti-slip deck make learning feel natural and secure.

What type of pump and paddle are included?

Depending on the series, your board will come with either a single-action or dual-action pump. Our 3-piece and 4-piece floating paddles are lightweight, adjustable, and easy to pack — built for both beginners and experienced paddlers.

Does every board come with a dry bag?

Dry bag sizes vary by model, ranging from 3L to 15L, and not all bundles include one. Check each product page for full accessory details.

Are the fins interchangeable?

Yes. Each board uses a universal fin system, making replacement or upgrading simple and widely compatible.

How durable is a GlobaliSUP board?

Our boards are crafted with military-grade dual-layer PVC, laminated rails, and a precision drop-stitch interior. They’re built to handle rocks, shorelines, sun exposure, and long seasons on the water.

Is the board easy to transport?

Very. When deflated, it packs into our travel-friendly backpack within minutes. Most sets weigh around 22 lbs, making them easy to carry from car to shoreline.

Every GlobaliSUP board is backed by a 2-year limited warranty and our dedicated support team — because your water time should be worry-free from start to finish.

What comes with a standard GlobaliSUP package?

Each board set is thoughtfully packed with the essentials: an adjustable paddle, a high-efficiency dual-action pump, a coiled safety leash, our travel backpack, a removable center fin, and a basic repair kit — everything you need for a smooth first launch. What material is your paddle made from?

Our standard paddle is crafted from lightweight aluminum alloy for durability. Prefer something lighter and stiffer.

Is the board compatible with electric pumps?

Yes. All GlobaliSUP boards use the Halkey-Roberts (HR) valve system, which works with most electric SUP pumps on the market.

Can I attach a GoPro or other action accessories?

Selected models include an integrated action mount for cameras or accessories. Be sure to check the specific model’s feature list before ordering.

Does the board have bungee storage?

Yes. The front deck is equipped with durable bungee tie-downs — perfect for securing a dry bag, sandals, snacks, or any small adventure gear.

Are the fins removable?

Absolutely. Our tool-free center fin design allows quick installation and removal, making transport and storage effortless.

Can I convert it into a kayak?

Yes. Boards equipped with deck D-rings are compatible with most universal kayak seats. Just clip it on and paddle in comfort.

Do you sell spare parts or replacements?

Yes. All accessories — from fins to paddles to pumps — are available individually on our website whenever you need a replacement or an upgrade.

How big is the carrying backpack?

Our travel backpack is roughly 98 × 45 × 25 cm, roomy enough to hold the entire kit while still meeting typical airline checked-bag requirements. We would adjust according to different series.

Is a leash included with the board?

Yes. Every GlobaliSUP package includes a coiled ankle leash for added safety while paddling.
